Up just 4- steps and through grand Victorian double doors you’ll find our newly renovated, luxurious apartment. The oversized master bedroom has a king bed, and dual custom closets. You’ll enjoy the spacious bathroom, featuring a 72” double vanity and a rainfall shower head with body jets. New Fujitsu mini-split HVAC ensures that each room is perfectly heated or cooled to your preference. The new white kitchen stuns with Calacatta Borghini quartz counters and Samsung stainless steel appliances. The full sized Samsung laundry suite with a steam dryer is perfect for a long stay or just freshening your attire before you hit the town. New wide plank hardwood floors throughout add to the sleek modern feel.

Neighborhood
Our row-house is ideally located on Doctors-row, a quiet section of Hoboken’s Washington Street that’s just 2-3 blocks from the hustle and bustle. Just across the street you’ll find Amanda’s, Hoboken’s premier fine dining establishment. Elysian Cafe, Gigi’s, Bwe, Seven Valleys, Ali Baba, Vito’s Deli, Bagels on the Hudson, and Margherita’s are also within a block away .
House Rules
We take pride in the cleanliness, comfort, and modern design of our AirBnB and hope that you'll find it to be the nicest AirBnB in Hoboken! The overwhelming majority of our guests have a fantastic stay and no issues; however, to ensure our place stays in tip-top shape and is not disruptive to our neighbors, we have strict house rules. 1. No Smoking - smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited. Our guests expect and deserve a smoke free environment and it is exceptionally difficult to get rid of the smell of smoke. Smoking of any kind in the unit or common hallway will be met with a minimum of a $500 fee and immediate removal from the unit with no refund. 2. No parties or events - We want you to enjoy your stay, but to prevent disturbances to our neighbors we have a strict no parties or events rule. We define a "party" as any instance where there is more than 3 guests in the unit without prior approval and/or there is loud music, yelling, or screaming at any time of the day or night. Violations of our no parties or event rule will result in immediate removal from the unit with no refund. Further, to prevent parties, we request that locals (within 50 miles) must contact us before instant booking. *** IF YOU INTEND TO THROW A PARTY OR HOST AN EVENT, DO NOT BOOK OUR AIRBNB. WE LIVE IN THE UNIT ABOVE AND HAVE NOISE SENSITIVE NEIGHBORS. IF YOU THROW A PARTY OR HOST AN EVENT, YOU WILL BE PROMPTLY REMOVED AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. *** 3. Occupancy Limit - The unit has a strict occupancy limit of no more than 3 guests in the unit at anytime without prior-approval to exceed the limit. If you have family or friends in town and you'd like to show them the unit or have coffee or dinner, we're inclined to approve your request when asked; however, parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any group in violation of the occupancy limit will be removed immediately and no refund will be issued. 4. Noise - we want you to have a good time - music, tv, conversation, etc. at a reasonable volume are all expected; however, to prevent the disturbance of our neighbors, we have a no excessively loud noise policy. This includes music, TV, yelling, screaming or anything that might be clearly audible outside of the unit. Additionally, quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM daily, during which time, all noise should be kept to a soft conversation volume level. Any group in violation of our noise policy will receive a courtesy warning one (1) time. Subsequent noise violations will result in removal and no refund will be issued. 5. Check-in - Our standard check-in time is 4 PM. We're usually booked solid, so early check-ins are rarely available.. 6. Check-out - Checkout is 11AM. We offer last-minute bookings so our cleaners typically arrive by 11:15am to begin cleaning in order to have the unit ready for a 4PM check-in for the next guest. If you need to stay late and we do not have a guest checking-in, we encourage you to extend your stay for an additional night, no later than 9AM the morning of your originally scheduled checkout so that we can cancel the cleaners and avoid charging you a 2nd cleaning fee. 7. Pets - While we love animals, to avoid damage to the unit or noise disturbance to our neighbors, we have a strict no pets policy. Any guests in violation of our no pet policy will be immediately removed and a fee of no less than $250 will apply. 8. Theft / Damage- Any theft or damage caused by you / your group that leads to loss of revenue or incurred cost of satisfying a future reservation will be paid by you. So please, don’t party, don’t steal, and don't willfully damage anything in the unit. 9. Cleaning - Our $99 cleaning fee is based on your group leaving the property in a reasonably tidy state. Guests who are excessively messy or otherwise trash the place will be assessed an additional cleaning fee which may include the loss of revenue due to any cancellations/refunds required to future guests resulting from the condition in which you left the unit. 10. Damages / Loss of Business - You shall be held responsible for any damages or loss of business incurred through damages or not remitting possession of the property at the end of your reservation with Airbnb. 11. Monitoring of the Common Entryway: A camera with a microphone and speaker is located in the common entry hallway and is used to assist you with any check-in complications as well as the enforcement of house rules. The overwhelming majority of our guests abide by the house rules and have a fantastic stay with us, as evidenced by our stellar reviews. We loved this place. Location is perfect to explore NYC and beautiful Hobeken. With a bus at the door it's so easy to get to wherever you want.The shower was amazing !!! The bed was very comfortable and brilliant restaurants across the road as well as a fully equipped kitchen.We loved the Italian diner Gigis and I enjoyed visiting Mt of Olives Baptist Church only 5 minutes up the road. Don't hesitate to book this place. We will if we're ever back in the Jersey NYC area. Thanks to the hosts.

My stay at this Elysian rental was a wonderful experience! The home is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The location is also close to an assortment of restaurants and shops, public transportation, and within walking distance of a ferry that will have you in NYC in less than twenty minutes. Additionally, the hosts were very communicative and will promptly assist you with any inquires you may have during your stay. Should I ever find my way back to Hoboken again, I would definitely consider this rental as my first choice!

The spacious size and the convenient location of this AirBnB were great! We stayed for 6 nights and went to Manhattan every day via the 126 bus. The Hoboken restaurants that we tried were very good, and the skyline park views a short walk away were perfect. I am giving 4/5 stars for a few reasons. First, the shower was moldy. It probably should be regrouted or at least deep cleaned with a power washer tool. I’m sure the hosts would have sent a cleaner over, but the cleaner had to have seen this issue and not been able to fix it the first time. Secondly, the living room light coming from the street, with the outside noise, and the foldout sofa with the seams down the middle both ways didn’t make for a comfortable sleeping experience. The hosts should put up a set of double blinds, one light blocking, if they want to advertise the living room as a sleeping area, and they could invest in a mattress topper. Overall, this is a good value but I wouldn’t recommend for 3 people.

Elysian Vacation Rentals was very responsive throughout my whole stay and instruction of getting into the apartment was communicated before my arrival. I’ad made a report of unclean pillow and some hairs on the corner of the living room, they sent in the cleaner to re-clean the floor immediately the next day. Job was well done. Worth to stay with them again . Moreover, the apartment was right I. The middle of a street full of cafes & restaurants in Hoboken . :)
