Just next door, you'll find fine-dining at Horizons as well as casual dining and fantastic drinks at Lenny's Beach Bar and Breakers Pub. In walking distance, you'll find some of Ocean City's best fine dining. Don't miss Liquid Assets (a 5 minute walk). Other good options include Blue Fish, Kirby's, The Jungle Bar, and Bull on the Beach. For a special night out, we recommend Our Harvest in Fenwick Island (a 7 minute drive) or The Hobbit (a 5 minute drive, or 20 minute walk) - reservations are highly suggested.

“I recently stayed at this condo and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The space was immaculate, well-furnished, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was cozy yet spacious, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location was fantastic – close to great restaurants, shopping, and public transportation, which made getting around a breeze. I also loved the view from the balcony; it was the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening unwind. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay

Accurate pics, very clean. Nice property for a couple. Great Location, quiet end away from the boardwalk. Some reviews reference a large bathroom. Bathrooms are clean and functional but basic and on the small side. Half bath shoehorned into bedroom has very little functional space. Ongoing building construction wasn't disclosed. There was high pitched grinding and drilling on the building's exterior when we arrived on Friday afternoon. We were prepared to write off that afternoon, but work commenced before 8AM on Saturday. Elysian said they weren't aware, no work was to be done on weekends which is why they accepted weekend bookings. Stated that w Friday afternoon check in and Sunday AM check out there should be no impact. Stated that they would give us a refund if we wanted to move, but how to find equivalent accommodations on the same day? Untenable solution. No response from owner. AirBnb service came through w refund for one night. Thanks to Airbnb!

Coralinda was a difficult guest. The building our unit is in is having some repairs done on the exterior. We were told that work would be prompt, only during the week and on the other side of the building. Coralinda contacted on Saturday stating that there was work being done and that it was very loud. We apologized and offered her a refund if she wanted to leave and stay some place else since we were not anticipating work being done during her stay. She refused the refund and instead insisted on staying but receiving a discount. We manage multiple units in the building and no other guests that weekend complained so this felt more like a shakedown to us. If it truly was a problem she should have left and accepted the refund, not insist on a steeply discounted or free vacation. We will not host her again for this reason.

This was a quaint condo. The kitchen upgrade was very nice. The main bathtub could use an upgrade but the water pressure was good. We loved the balcony and the great view of the ocean.

We will definitely revisit this location. The hosts were friendly, responsive and helpful. The location proximity to the beach is perfect/accessible with two small kids/7 months pregnant, this was a perfect quick getaway for our family.
