We found the location in Hoboken very central to trains, ferry and a bus stop outside the front door. The accommodation had everything as advertised and more . The apartment is roomy and comfortable. The hosts left restaurant suggestions and they were all excellent. A very pleasant stay.
We would love to stay here again. I had my 80 year old parents and two small children. The walk out to the beach was doable for all. There was not a lot of lobby or hallway walking which really helped. Not a wait for elevators. It was great. The view was beautiful. The inside was modern and very nice. This is the best place I have stayed in OC. The pool area was eh but that can’t be helped by the owners. The pool itself was clean enough just the deck and inside was kind of gross. The host was very quick to respond. One of the nicest things was that they said don’t clean up enjoy your vacation! I didn’t realize how nice that was until I had extra at the beach my last morning instead of stripping beds! The shower was amazing!!!!! Multiple shower heads. They also had soap and tp and dishes etc. so if you forgot something they probably had it.
Looks just like the pictures. Patio view is beautiful, fantastic place to see the sunrise! It was very clean and it came stocked with all the kitchen tools you could ask for. I will keep this place in mind for my next trip!

Beautiful view of the Ocean and great access to the Beach. Nice balcony. We enjoyed our stay.
Great condo right on the beach - walk right out to sand. Building itself is dated but unit is well upgraded and clean. Unit has basic cooking tools but otherwise doesn't have supplies so bring what you need.
